 After 10 years, my husband finally has a homemade stocking! Now for all the kids and maybe myself before Christmas. Let us pray!

I really love my Chevron Hexagons out of Riley Blake's Aqua Chevron fabric. It got bound and is at Seasons of Home for you to see!

The International Quilt Festival

First year for me. 15th year for mom. I'm in heaven. I stood in line for all the book signings and free books. WOW!!! Love them!

We are working hard to make some good picks for the store. There's so much to see!

Hungry Hippo Alphabet

I just finished this quilt for my son. It's an alphabet panel and was a lot of fun to work with. I also love the border, it looks like a lot of work but it's a border fabric. LOVE IT!

Now it's off to Natalia at Piece N Quilt for some custom quilting. The kit is available at seasonsofhome.com and the pattern is FREE!

Girls' Night Out

Ghastlies Block of the Month

Protege Success

This is my cousin's quilt. 6 months ago she hadn't done a quilt and now she has this beautiful king sized quilt. Wow! The quilting is by Natalia at Piece N Quilt and I think the allover wave is just perfect for this size quilt.

Preschool Perfect

 This little gift may have been a little late for the first day of preschool but what does it matter when it's so cute! I used some of my reserved 30's reproduction prints and purple canvas for the back.

Yay! I made it up and I think it turned out really nice and perfect for a four year old.

Hello Halloween

This is my newest quilt. I had to make a quit from the ghastlies fabric that really showed off all of the great scenes.

My mom and I designed it and sewed it, Natalia Bonner form Piece N Quilt quilted it. It's is Seasons of Home's block of the month starting Sept. 22. We are mailing them out if you are too far to join the party at the store.

It couldn't have turned out any cuter. We're having a doll making class this month too. Hope to see you there!

Hostess Gift

I'm canning tomorrow with a good friend of mine and she is the only one who knows what she's doing. Soooo, I owe her big!

So I made her a purse that I tweaked from the French Tie purse from seasonsSeasons of Home of home

I tweaked it because this particular friend has a need for a harvest purse. Besides Canning, she also grows a large garden and needed something to put her produce in so she could keep her hands free. So I'm calling it a harvest purse. I hope she likes it! Yay for canned peaches!
